Since October 2024, the Chirec Nature Club has been teaching students about the nature of Telangana, the place our school is based in.
We've gone on one bird walk and one nature walk. Much more to come!

It's not just the birds that are interesting, it's the mammals and the native plants too.
Also the rotifers which can only be seen under a microscope. These are all native and here!

I've been birdwatching since December 2023, and have seen over 185 species of birds across India.

As a birdwatcher, I began noticing the hyacinth everywhere. Later, I found out what it does to the environment.
A friend told me about how weevils have been used in places around the world, including India, to eradicate the hyacinth.
After 7 months of planning, our interstate-level government funded project finally started. We released weevils into a lake 98% covered in hyacinth to gauge the effect of the insects.
एक पक्षी-निरीक्षक के रूप में, मुझे हर जगह जलकुंभी नज़र आने लगी। बाद में, मुझे पता चला कि इसका पर्यावरण पर क्या प्रभाव पड़ता है।

मैं वर्तमान में एक झील के बारे में जागरूकता बढ़ाने पर काम कर रहा हूं जिसके आसपास रहने वाले लोगों को इसके बारे में ज्यादा जानकारी नहीं है।

Working with WWF-India, VISVA Sustainable Foundation, and members from the Chirec Nature Club, I'm trying to tell residents of local apartments near Nallagandla Lake just how many bird species they are missing out on.
डब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूएफ-इंडिया, वीआईएसवीए सस्टेनेबल फाउंडेशन और चिरेक नेचर क्लब के सदस्यों के साथ काम करते हुए, मैं नल्लागंडला झील के पास स्थानीय अपार्टमेंट के निवासियों को यह बताने की कोशिश कर रहा हूं कि वे कितनी पक्षी प्रजातियों को खो रहे हैं।

I won 1st place in the Professional Category for Wildlife Photography in the Telangana Biodiversity Board's International Day for Biodiversity competition in May 2025.
The award was handed over to me by Dr. C. Suvarna, the Head of the Forest Department of Telangana State. It was really nice talking to her after the event and I'm happy to have had this opportunity.
मैंने मई 2025 में तेलंगाना जैव विविधता बोर्ड की अंतर्राष्ट्रीय जैव विविधता दिवस प्रतियोगिता में वन्यजीव फोटोग्राफी के लिए व्यावसायिक श्रेणी में प्रथम स्थान जीता।
यह पुरस्कार मुझे तेलंगाना राज्य के वन विभाग के प्रमुख डॉ. सी. सुवर्णा ने सौंपा। कार्यक्रम के बाद उनसे बात करके बहुत अच्छा लगा और मुझे यह अवसर पाकर खुशी हुई।

A lover to a Plover
The little Ringed Plover, the first Plover I ever saw. At Nallagandla Lake, I laid on the ground silently, patiently, waiting for the bird to approach. I love the picture.
Water hyacinths are out of focus. Without colonization, what native grasses would have covered the frame? The plover lives its life normally.

After having worked for the Chirec Nature Club for over a year, conducting multiple sessions, and distributing bird books, I finally got a position on the student council by the majority vote.
एक वर्ष से अधिक समय तक चिरेक नेचर क्लब के लिए काम करने, कई सत्र आयोजित करने और पक्षी पुस्तकें वितरित करने के बाद, मुझे अंततः बहुमत से छात्र परिषद में एक पद मिल गया।
